6 months old. I am melting.
(We have no digital pictures from Meg's birth to about age 2.
We were still using a 35mm at that time.)

Meg at age 2. My heart is breaking.
Age 3. Be still my heart.
Celebrating Meg's 4th birthday. Wasn't that just yesterday?
Age 4. I could just eat her up!
The two pictures above are from Meg's 5th birthday. She wanted red
cowboy boots and I finally found some. She continues to wear them
and I love that about her! Her Hello Kitty was from
Build-A-Bear and a gift from my mom. She has a special
place in her room.
The three pictures above were taken today.
Instead of a traditional birthday cake, I made cupcake pops.
They were so cute! Not as perfect as the blog from which I
got the idea: http://www.bakerella.com/. , but cute for a six year old. Go check it out. She
has lots of different ideas for all occasions.
The pink clock is the gift Jack chose for her. I was impressed
with his eye for style! And of course, his thoughtfulness.
Meg was born on Friday, November 5 at 12:45 am. She weighed in at 8 pounds even and measured 21 inches long. She was alert and wide-eyed which later we would find out was a foreshadowing of her personality. She is our strong-willed child, hardest sometimes to parent, but she is very tender-hearted and fun-loving.
Meg has a sweet tooth and is very motivated to eat meals with a dessert as a reward. She also loves her brother and sister and often thinks of Jack any time she receives little treats such as suckers, bubblegum or stickers. She wants to make sure that Jack will get something too. I love that about her!
Meg loves Kindergarten and is reading like a champ and trying to teach Jack as well. Sometimes this can get a bit dicey! I miss her during the day, but I know she is thriving in school.
Meg, we are so proud of you and thankful to our Lord for giving you to us to raise. You are a joy to our family and we love you! Happy Birthday!
