& Pepaw gave him for his birthday!
Birthday celebration at Memaw's and Pepaw's house.
Meg, a.k.a. Snow White, at Chick-fil-A's princess night. She and her friend Mary Fuller received a special ride with the princesses in a horse-drawn carriage.
Jack all tuckered out after a morning at Lowes participating in a kid's building activity. He wore those goggles for several days!
Hey friends! I'm finally back! Since my last post, blogging has definitely taken a back seat. Let me catch you all up to date with the Wheeler household.
We are expecting our third child, a girl, in September and of course by now I'm big, hot and swollen! We are thrilled at the anticipation of another daughter and Meg is already making big plans for her little sister!
Bo completed yet another tax season and we all survived! In addition to his full-time job, he and our good friend Jason Henderly have started a cleaning business, Integrity Cleaning, and they have been steadily cleaning offices and the local Chick-fil-A playground. Anytime you want to get the inside scoop on the exact date of their cleaning of this playground, just ask. I know we all can appreciate a clean place for our kids to play.
Meg completed a year of ballet at a local ballet studio and loved every minute of it. She performed with her class in an end of the year recital and we were just beaming with pride to see her perform. She also completed swim lessons in May and is swimming like a fish. Her confidence has soared as a result.
Jack is now three years old and potty trained! Hallelujah! My close friends here in Fairhope know what a challenge it was. I will spare you all the details. He loves Meg tremendously and is like a lost puppy when she is not around. He amazes us at his ability to hit pitched plastic baseballs which has developed over the past 3-4 months. I took the kids to watch my brother coach his high school baseball team in a spring break tournament and ever since Jack has been enamored with the sport.
We spent the 4th of July in Nashville with my brother and his family and had a blast! Meg and Jack love to play with their cousins and we love the fellowship with Bill and Jennifer.
Our summer has also been busy with our garden. We planted a huge garden this year. I don't know what we were thinking, but we have enjoyed giving away a lot of produce to friends and neighbors. I have preserved and canned green beans, salsa, corn, okra, bell peppers and potatoes so far. Bo made a few jars of refrigerator pickles that we have also enjoyed.
Only a few more weeks until this baby arrives. I'm currently 32 weeks and counting. I'm not sure I'm ready, but I can't stop the inevitable. Until next time.

Great photos! Where did Meg take swim lessons? I have yet to find a swim teacher for Rachel.
