Fall is in the Air

It is hard to believe that another summer is almost over. Fall is my most favorite time of the year! I love to watch the leaves turn, mums and pumpkins! Bo especially likes the fact that he doesn't have to cut the yard as often as in the height of summer. I love the cool mornings and crisp evenings and I suddenly feel energized to walk again for exercise. I completely stopped this summer. Even at 6:00 am it is hot in south Alabama! As I am looking forward to the change of the seasons, I don't want to forget the memories of the summer. Celebrating our fifth anniversary, Jack's second birthday, the loss of our dear friends daughter, ballet for Meg, trips to the pool, our first garden, the Olympics (Yeah! Michael Phelps!)and four new tires for the car (Yes, I said 4...there went my new chair for the living room. Grrr) have all been memories and experiences we have walked through as a family. I am so thankful to our Lord for life and especially for our hope that rests in Jesus Christ as we await His return. I posted some random pictures of the kids. I'm just so proud of them and love them more than life. They too are a blessing from the Lord and a daily reminder of why I need Jesus.
